Pasta Dough

Fresh and easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 100 g  flour

  • 15 g semolina

  • 3 egg yolks

  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tbsp cold water


Method

  • Pile the flour and semolina into a bowl and make a well.

  • Add the yolks, oil and cold water to the well, then use a fork to bring the flour in from the outside.

  • Bring it together into a ball of dough. Knead on a flour-dusted surface for around 4 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

  • Wrap in clingfilm and set aside for 30 minutes.

  • Using the pasta roller, gradually decrease the setting until it reaches the desired thickness. If using a rolling pin ensure that the dough is thin.
