Panna Cotta
Ingredients
2 cups whipping cream
1 1/3 cups milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp gelatin
vanilla
Raspberry Sauce
100g raspberries
2 tbsp sugar
Method
In a saucepan, add the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla.
In a bowl, mix the milk and gelatin.
Once the whipping cream begins to simmer, remove it from the heat and add the milk.
Pour the mixture into ramekins. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
To make the raspberry sauce, place the raspberries and sugar in a saucepan on low heat.
Optionally, it can be blended and strained.
Serve the sauce with the cooled panna cotta.
