Panna Cotta


Ingredients

  • 2 cups whipping cream

  • 1 1/3 cups milk

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp gelatin

  • vanilla

Raspberry Sauce

  • 100g raspberries

  • 2 tbsp sugar


Method

  • In a saucepan, add the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla.

  • In a bowl, mix the milk and gelatin.

  • Once the whipping cream begins to simmer, remove it from the heat and add the milk.

  • Pour the mixture into ramekins. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

  • To make the raspberry sauce, place the raspberries and sugar in a saucepan on low heat.

  • Optionally, it can be blended and strained.

  • Serve the sauce with the cooled panna cotta.
