Countesses Cake
A soft and fluffy orange cake with a balanced orange flavor.
Ingredients
300 g butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
vanilla
1 cup milk powder
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp orange zest
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
Slowly add the eggs.
Add the vanilla and milk powder. Mix until combined.
Slowly add the flour and baking powder.
Mix in the orange zest and juice.
Add the prepared batter in a buttered bundt pan.
Bake for 40-45 min.
