Muhalabiya
Fast and easy milk pudding inspired by @yozagourmet
Ingredients
4 cups milk
7 tbsp corn flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 can cream
1 tbsp rose water
1/2 tsp orange blossom water
Crumble:
1 cup chopped almond
1/2 cup sugar
Cotton Candy
Method
Whisk the milk and cornstarch in a pan.
Turn on the heat and whisk until thickened.
Add the cream, rose water, and orange blossom water.
Pour into ramekins, cover, and refrigerate.
Prepare the crumble by placing the sugar over low heat until it melts and caramlizes.
Pour the chopped almonds into the pan and combine.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet and allow to cool. Chop it.
Serve with the crumble and cotton candy.
