Lasagna
Juicy and completely vegetarian.
Ingredients
250 g frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
700 g Classico tomato & basil sauce
1/3 cup Italian seasoning
1 tsp red pepper flakes
300 g lasagna sheets
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Combine the spinach, ricotta, parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and eggs in a bowl. Set aside.
Combine the tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning.
Line a 13x9-inch pan with a single layer of lasagna sheets.
Top with a third of the cheese mixture and a third of the tomato sauce. Repeat.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.
Bake for 35 minutes.
