Lasagna

Juicy and completely vegetarian.


Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen spinach, thawed 

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 eggs

  • 700 g Classico tomato & basil sauce

  • 1/3 cup Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 300 g lasagna sheets 


Method 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

  • Combine the spinach, ricotta, parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, and eggs in a bowl. Set aside.

  • Combine the tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. 

  • Line a 13x9-inch pan with a single layer of lasagna sheets. 

  • Top with a third of the cheese mixture and a third of the tomato sauce. Repeat.

  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella on top.

  • Bake for 35 minutes.
