Hot Custard
Ingredients
Serves 1
1/2 tsp asario seeds
1 tbsp water
1 cup milk
1 tbsp custard powder
1/2 tbsp sugar
saffron
vanilla
Method
In a bowl, mix the asario seeds and water.
In a saucepan, add the milk, custard powder, sugar, saffron, and vanilla.
Allow to boil and thicken. Remove from the heat.
Add the bloomed asario seeds.
Pour into a cup. Serve.
