Hot Custard


Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/2 tsp asario seeds

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp custard powder

  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • saffron

  • vanilla


Method

  • In a bowl, mix the asario seeds and water.

  • In a saucepan, add the milk, custard powder, sugar, saffron, and vanilla.

  • Allow to boil and thicken. Remove from the heat.

  • Add the bloomed asario seeds.

  • Pour into a cup. Serve.
