Butter Cake
Ingredients
Cake
100 g butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Cream
150 g cream cheese
1 egg
vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease a 9” springform pan with butter.
In a bowl, whisk the butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Spread the mixture on the springform pan using a spatula.
In another bowl, whisk the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla.
Whisk in the powdered sugar in three intervals.
Pour the cream mixture on top of the cake mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
