Hot Chocolate
A perfect warm hug in a cup with a foamy finish.
Note: the better the quality of the ingredients, the better the result.
Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup cream
80 g milk chocolate
whipped cream (for serving)
Method
Bring the water to a simmer in a saucepan over low heat.
Whisk in the cocoa powder until no lumps remain.
Add the milk and cream, then return to a simmer.
Whisk in the chocolate and cook, whisking frequently, until the chocolate is melted.
Divide the hot chocolate among mugs. Top with whipped cream.
