Chocolate Truffle

Melt in your mouth chocolate truffles.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup whipping cream 

  • 130g semi-sweet chocolate

  • ⅓ cup Nutella

  • cocoa powder


Method

  • In a bowl, add the chocolate and Nutella.

  • Add the cream in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.

  • Pour the hot cream onto the chocolate and Nutella and stir until the chocolate is melted.

  • Refrigerate until the mixture is set.

  • Make small balls with the mixture using a teaspoon.

  • Roll in them in cocoa powder.

  • Keep refrigerated before serving.
