Chocolate Truffle
Melt in your mouth chocolate truffles.
Ingredients
½ cup whipping cream
130g semi-sweet chocolate
⅓ cup Nutella
cocoa powder
Method
In a bowl, add the chocolate and Nutella.
Add the cream in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Pour the hot cream onto the chocolate and Nutella and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Refrigerate until the mixture is set.
Make small balls with the mixture using a teaspoon.
Roll in them in cocoa powder.
Keep refrigerated before serving.
