Tropical Pudding
A fresh and summery combo of coconut and mangoes!
Ingredients
3 1/4 cup milk
1 cup coconut cream
vanilla
1/2 cup arborio rice
50 g white chocolate
75 g raffaello, blended
juice of 1 mango
1 mango, cubed
Method
In a medium pot, boil the milk, cream, and vanilla.
Wash the rice. Add and cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add the chocolate and raffaello and cook for 5 minutes.
To serve, add some mango juice, then the prepared pudding in serving jars. Top with more mango juice and mango cubes.
