Tropical Pudding

A fresh and summery combo of coconut and mangoes!

Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup coconut cream

  • vanilla

  • 1/2 cup arborio rice

  • 50 g white chocolate

  • 75 g raffaello, blended

  • juice of 1 mango

  • 1 mango, cubed


Method

  • In a medium pot, boil the milk, cream, and vanilla.

  • Wash the rice. Add and cook for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

  • Add the chocolate and raffaello and cook for 5 minutes.

  • To serve, add some mango juice, then the prepared pudding in serving jars. Top with more mango juice and mango cubes.
