Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu


Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 250g mascarpone

  • 250g cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp rose water

  • vanilla

  • 250 g lady fingers

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 600 g strawberries


Method

  • In a bowl, whisk the whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.

  • Add the mascarpone, cream cheese, rose water, and vanilla.

  • Dice 250 g of the strawberries and fold the strawberries in the cream using a spatula. Set aside.

  • Dip the half of the lady fingers in the milk and arrange it on the serving plate.

  • Pipe half of the cream on the lady fingers.

  • Slice 200 g of the strawberries and lay it on the piped cream.

  • Dip the other half of lady fingers in milk, then pipe the rest of the cream. Top with the rest of the strawberries.

  • Chill for 3-4 hours.
