Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu
Ingredients
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream
250g mascarpone
250g cream cheese
1 tbsp rose water
vanilla
250 g lady fingers
2/3 cup milk
600 g strawberries
Method
In a bowl, whisk the whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Add the mascarpone, cream cheese, rose water, and vanilla.
Dice 250 g of the strawberries and fold the strawberries in the cream using a spatula. Set aside.
Dip the half of the lady fingers in the milk and arrange it on the serving plate.
Pipe half of the cream on the lady fingers.
Slice 200 g of the strawberries and lay it on the piped cream.
Dip the other half of lady fingers in milk, then pipe the rest of the cream. Top with the rest of the strawberries.
Chill for 3-4 hours.
