Single-Serve Berry Crumble


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • vanilla

  • 2 tbsp oats

  • 1 tbsp flour

  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1/3 cup berries

  • ice cream, to serve


Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.

  • In a small baking dish, add the berries. Set aside.

  • In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla.

  • Add the oats, flour, and almonds.

  • Add the crumble on top of the berries.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  • Serve with ice cream.
