Pistachio & Chocolate Slices


Ingredients

Crust

  • 250 g digestives

  • 75 g butter, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup pistachios

  • 2 cans cream

  • 8 pieces kiri cheese

  • 1/3 cup condensed milk

  • 1 sachet dream whip

  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Topping

  • 200 g chocolate

  • 150 g whipping cream


Method

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a 9” square pan with baking paper.

  • In a food processor, add the digestives and grind.

  • Add the melted butter and combine.

  • Press it into the lined pan.

  • Bake for 10 minutes.

  • In the food processor, add the pistachios and grind.

  • Add the cream, kiri, condensed milk, dream whip, and whipping cream.

  • Pour the mixture onto the baked crust.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  • Melt the chocolate with the whipping cream.

  • Pour it evenly on the baked filling.

  • Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
