Pistachio & Chocolate Slices
Ingredients
Crust
250 g digestives
75 g butter, melted
Filling
1 cup pistachios
2 cans cream
8 pieces kiri cheese
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 sachet dream whip
1/4 cup whipping cream
Topping
200 g chocolate
150 g whipping cream
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a 9” square pan with baking paper.
In a food processor, add the digestives and grind.
Add the melted butter and combine.
Press it into the lined pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In the food processor, add the pistachios and grind.
Add the cream, kiri, condensed milk, dream whip, and whipping cream.
Pour the mixture onto the baked crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with the whipping cream.
Pour it evenly on the baked filling.
Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
