Peach Raspberry Cobbler
Ingredients
1 kg peaches
200 g raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
vanilla
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp flour
pinch of cinnamon
Crumble
100 g butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup oats
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a bowl, mix the peaches, raspberries, sugar, vanilla, cornflour, flour, and cinnamon.
Add the mixture to a 10 in deep pan.
In a bowl, rub the butter, flour, sugar, and salt until crumbly.
Fold in the oats and almonds.
Evenly spread the crumble on the peaches.
Bake for 40-50 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
