Matcha Blondies
Rich white chocolate blondies with a delicate green tea flavor.
Ingredients
130 g butter, browned
130 g white chocolate, chopped
200 g sugar
50 g brown sugar
4 eggs
vanilla
110 g flour
3 tbsp matcha powder
1/4 tsp salt
50 g pecans, chopped
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a 9” square pan with baking paper.
In a saucepan, add the butter and allow the milk solids to brown.
In a bowl, add the white chocolate and pour the browned butter on top.
Mix in the sugar and brown sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Fold in the flour, matcha powder, salt, and pecans.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a skewer inserted is clean.
