Mango Chia Pudding


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • saffron

  • vanilla

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • 1/3 cup cream

  • 1 1/3 (350 ml) cup mango juice

  • 2 mangoes, cubed

  • pomegranate, seeded

  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  • 1/4 cup slivered pistachios


Method

  • In a bowl, add the milk and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.

  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  • Stir in the saffron, vanilla, condensed milk, cream, and mango juice.

  • Top with mangoes, pomegranate, almonds, and pistachios.

  • Mix and serve chilled.
