Mango Chia Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
saffron
vanilla
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup cream
1 1/3 (350 ml) cup mango juice
2 mangoes, cubed
pomegranate, seeded
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup slivered pistachios
Method
In a bowl, add the milk and chia seeds. Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Stir in the saffron, vanilla, condensed milk, cream, and mango juice.
Top with mangoes, pomegranate, almonds, and pistachios.
Mix and serve chilled.
