Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Rich and chewy, almost like a mini-brownie!
Ingredients
100g sugar
30g oil
1 egg
75g flour
30g cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Powdered sugar
Method
Combine the sugar and oil.
Add the egg and beat until light and fluffy.
Sift the dry ingredients then combine into the mixture.
Freeze for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
Roll the dough into balls, then cover in powdered sugar.
Lay them on a piece of baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
