Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Rich and chewy, almost like a mini-brownie!


Ingredients

  • 100g sugar

  • 30g oil

  • 1 egg

  • 75g flour

  • 30g cocoa powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Powdered sugar


Method

  • Combine the sugar and oil.

  • Add the egg and beat until light and fluffy.

  • Sift the dry ingredients then combine into the mixture.

  • Freeze for 1 hour.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

  • Roll the dough into balls, then cover in powdered sugar.

  • Lay them on a piece of baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes.
