    1 egg

    60 g butter

  • Filing:

    1 1/2 cups brown sugar

    3 tbsp cinnamon powder

    150 g butter, cubed

    1/2 cup pecans (optional)

  • Frosting:

    200 g cream cheese

    1/2 cup icing sugar

    4 tbsp milk

    1 tbsp vanilla

Method

  • In a bowl, mix the yeast, sugar and milk. Cover and set a side for 10 mins in a warm place till bubbles appear.

  • Mix for 5-6 mins on medium speed till the dough is smooth.

  • Place it in a greased bowl, cover and proof for an hour.

  • Prepare the frosting by mixing all the ingredients together.

  • Allow the rolls to cool for 5 mins, then spread the cream cheese frosting.
