Cinnamon Fingers
Ingredients
18 pieces spring roll dough
6 kiri cheese, each sliced into 3
date paste
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup sugar
Sauce
1 can cream
6 kiri cheese
1/4 cup condensed milk
vanilla
Method
In a food processor, add the cream, kiri, condensed milk, and vanilla. Do not over-mix. Refrigerate.
Combine the flour and water and set aside.
Lay a sliced piece of kiri and pipe some of the date paste on a spring roll piece.
Roll the dough and secure the ends by brushing some of the flour and water mixture.
Fry the fingers in oil until golden.
Remove from the oil and add them into a bowl with cinnamon and sugar.
Toss until the sugar has coated the fingers.
Serve with the chilled sauce.
