Chocolate Fondant
A classic lava like flowing chocolate cake.
Ingredients
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
100 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
vanilla
1/3 cup flour
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
Melt the chocolate and butter.
Whisk in powdered sugar.
Add the eggs and vanilla.
Add the flour and mix again.
Generously butter/spray four ramekins, and evenly fill with batter.
Bake for 15 minutes, the center should be soft.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before inverting onto a plate.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
