Blondies
Chewy white chocolate brownies accentuated with pecans.
Ingredients
200 g butter, melted
200 g sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
300 g flour
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
200 g white chocolate, chopped
100 g pecans
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Line an 9 x 9 tin with baking paper.
In a bowl, whisk the sugar and butter.
Add the eggs and vanilla to the mixture and whisk again.
Add the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
Using a spatula, fold the chopped chocolate and pecans into the mixture.
Spread the batter into the tin evenly.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Let the blondies cool for 10 mins before slicing.
