Banana Bread
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
80 g butter, browned
2 tbsp tahini
1 egg
vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a 9” loaf pan with baking paper.
In a saucepan, add the butter and allow the milk solids to brown.
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Add the browned butter, tahini, egg, vanilla, sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
