Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas

  • 80 g butter, browned

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 1 egg

  • vanilla

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • pinch of salt


Method

  • Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Line a 9” loaf pan with baking paper.

  • In a saucepan, add the butter and allow the milk solids to brown.

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas.

  • Add the browned butter, tahini, egg, vanilla, sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

  • Pour the batter in the pan and bake for 45 - 50 minutes.
