Rocky Road

Slices of chewy marshmallows, crunchy biscuits, and milk chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 125g unsalted butter

  • 300g milk chocolate

  • 2 tbsp corn syrup or honey

  • 200g crushed biscuits

  • 100g mini marshmallows


Method

  • Heat the butter, chocolate and corn syrup or honey in a saucepan over low heat.

  • Remove from the heat, and fold in the crushed biscuits and marshmallows.

  • Tip the mixture into a 22 cm square baking tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Refrigerate for about 3 hours or overnight.

  • To serve, cut into squares or bars.
