Red Velvet Cookies
Red Velvet + Cookies = Delicious Mashup!
These appetizing cookies also make the process easier by being baked without chilling.
Ingredients
200g butter
150g caster sugar
50g brown sugar
1 egg
300g self-raising flour
25g cocoa powder
250g white chocolate
100g semi-sweet chocolate chips
vanilla
red food coloring
Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place butter, sugar, food coloring, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the egg to the mixture.
Add the flour and cocoa powder.
Fold in the chopped white chocolate and chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream scooper, scoop the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
