Lotus Tiramisu

A rich and creamy dessert that features layers of lady fingers, Lotus-soaked biscuits, Lotus Biscoff spread, and a velvety cream.


Ingredients

  • 100 g lady fingers

  • 150 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits

  • 6 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread, melted

  • 1 cup milk, to soak

Cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 2/3 cup whipping cream

  • 300g cream cheese or mascarpone

  • vanilla

  • 3 tbsp Lotus Biscoff spread


Method

  • Whisk the sugar and whipping cream until soft peaks form.

  • Add in the cream cheese or mascarpone, vanilla, and Lotus Biscoff spread. Mix until combined.

  • Dip the lady fingers in milk and lay them on a 9 inch square pan.

  • Spread half of the prepared cream.

  • Dip the Lotus Biscoff biscuits in milk and lay them on top of the cream.

  • Melt the Lotus Biscoff spread in the microwave.

  • Spread 3 tbsp of the Lotus Biscoff spread on the biscuits.

  • Spread the remaining half of the cream on top.

  • Top with the remaining 3 tbsp of the Lotus Biscoff spread.
