Falooda
Ingredients
1/4 cup sago
1/2 cup vermicelli
4 cups milk
1/4 cup rose syrup
1/4 cup condensed milk
pistachios or almonds to serve
Method
In a bowl, soak the sago pearls in water and set aside for at least 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly.
In a saucepan, add the sago, vermicelli, and milk.
Cook over medium heat until the sago is transparent.
Mix in the rose syrup and condensed milk.
Refrigerate until cold. Serve with sliced pistachios or almonds.
