Falooda


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sago

  • 1/2 cup vermicelli

  • 4 cups milk

  • 1/4 cup rose syrup

  • 1/4 cup condensed milk

  • pistachios or almonds to serve


Method

  • In a bowl, soak the sago pearls in water and set aside for at least 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly.

  • In a saucepan, add the sago, vermicelli, and milk.

  • Cook over medium heat until the sago is transparent.

  • Mix in the rose syrup and condensed milk.

  • Refrigerate until cold. Serve with sliced pistachios or almonds.
