Brownies
The perfect brownie texture: chewy yet fudgy.
Ingredients
275g semi sweet chocolate chips
100g butter
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup + 2 tbsp flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tbsp of coffee
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Butter a 9 * 9 in square pan and line it with baking paper.
In the microwave melt the butter and 175g of the chocolate.
Whisk in the white and brown sugar to cool the mixture down.
Then whisk the eggs in quickly.
Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, coffee, and salt.
Fold in the rest of the chocolate (around 100g).
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 min.
